Our pig famer, Jimmy Butler from Blthyburgh Pork on the Suffolk coast, is passionate about his pigs welfare.

The sandy soil is an ideal environment for the pigs who are grown for 25% longer than commercial pork. 
A wonderful product, ideal as an alternative to turkey at Christmas.
