At the heart of everything we do is a simple philosophy — to source only the most natural produce, raised with care and respect. Animal welfare and good husbandry guide every choice we make.
Our traditional grass-fed beef comes from native breeds, expertly reared and dry-aged for at least 28 days to create beautifully tender, full-flavoured cuts. Our lamb is naturally raised on the rugged hills of Devon and Cornwall, while our free-range Suffolk pork comes from award-winning farmer Jimmy Butler, whose pigs are slow grown for exceptional taste and welfare.
We’re equally proud of our free-range poultry, including Devon White slow-grown chickens, raised with care to ensure quality and flavour in every bite.
