Christmas Poultry


We use the very best of local farmers to bring you a fantastic turkey, goose or cockerel at Christmas.
Bronze free range turkeys are produced near Daventry by David Wadland. They come with the ‘golden promise guarantee’ - free range, slow growing, hand plucked and hung for 7 days to add great flavour.
Our free range cockerels are a real treat. It’s unusual to see these at such a great size outside of France and they give a wonderful deep chicken flavour. 
Warwickshire free range geese, once the traditional choice for the Christmas table, are truly seasonal birds with delicious, deep flavours and wonderful fat to cook your potatoes in.
